The registration for ESCAN 2018 conference is closed.

The Registration includes access to the conference sessions and materials, lunch and coffee breaks, as well as attendance to the welcome reception.

The conference dinner is *NOT* included in the registration and requires separate enrolment.

Cancellation and refund policy:

Requests to refund registration fees will be considered if received via email at escan2018leiden@gmail.com by June 23, 2018.

A 50% registration fee will be retained. NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS AFTER June 23, 2018 AND FOR "NO SHOWS".

Membership

Non-members should consider joining the society. Membership is inexpensive and among the many benefits, Members receive discounts on the meeting registration.

Two-year ESCAN membership fee:

Student: € 10
Regular: € 60

The membership fee applies to the period starting with the ESCAN 2018 conference and ending prior to the ESCAN 2020 meeting.
